As an Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of the engineering team to ensure the successful execution of projects and the attainment of departmental goals. Your role involves providing leadership, technical guidance, and support to team members while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

– Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the engineering team, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.

– Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements and optimize productivity.

– Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, assisting with problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution of technical challenges.

Qualification:

– Vocational school or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification may be preferred.

– Several years of experience in engineering roles, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.

– Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering), with proficiency in engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.

– Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

The Role

As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing & Coaching a team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Training & Development: Delivering onboarding and continuous skills training (cold calling, objection handling, use of CRM/tech tools).
• Performance Management: Monitoring activity metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach), pipeline contribution, and quality of meetings booked.
• Motivation & Culture: Creating a high-energy, competitive, and supportive team environment where SDRs are motivated to succeed.
• Collaboration: Working closely with senior management and client account managers to align on goals, reporting, and performance expectations.
• Process Improvement: Driving efficiencies in outreach strategies, messaging, and use of sales tools (CRM, dialers, sequencing platforms, AI tools).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales Rep with strong track record of hitting targets.
• Prior leadership or team mentoring experience (official or unofficial) strongly preferred.
• Ability to coach junior reps on cold calling, email outreach, and qualification frameworks (BANT, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable tracking KPIs and turning data into action.
• High energy, resilient, and able to build a positive team culture.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

• Mampu melakukan troubleshooting jaringan dasar
• Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dan mobile
• Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi (nilai tambah)
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim

Kualifikasi Tambahan (Nilai Plus):

• Memiliki sertifikasi jaringan (MTCNA, CCNA, atau setara)
• Memahami konfigurasi Mikrotik (Winbox / CLI)
• Pengalaman kerja di perusahaan ISP
