The role is responsible for supporting the administrative operations of the organization by coordinating day-to-day activities, managing records, assisting staff, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. This role includes maintaining handling scheduling, managing correspondence, and assisting with the overall smooth running of administrative functions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Administrative Support:<\/p>\n
Assist the Academic & Student Administration Coordinator with daily administrative tasks and office operations.<\/p>\n
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, memos) and respond or redirect as needed.<\/p>\n
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations as required.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Record Keeping and Data Management:<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, including personnel files, inventory lists, and office documents.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents and update databases with relevant information.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Scheduling and Meeting Coordination:<\/p>\n
Assist with scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and organizing events as required.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with other departments and external vendors for meetings, conferences, and special events.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Staff and Department Support:<\/p>\n
Assist various departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.<\/p>\n
Provide assistance in onboarding new employees and ensure all administrative tasks are completed.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Communication and Coordination:<\/p>\n
Serve as a point of contact between staff and the administration department.<\/p>\n
Communicate important information, announcements, and memos to employees and stakeholders as directed by the Academic & Student administrations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Additional Duties:<\/p>\n
Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Academic & Student Administration Coordinator or senior management to ensure smooth operations.<\/p>\n
